About the course
Something Is Changing is a practical, evidence-informed wellbeing programme created for women in their late 30s, 40s and early 50s who are noticing physical, emotional and life changes. Through short audio lessons, reflection and practical tools, the programme will help you understand what is changing, respond to your needs with greater wisdom, and move through this season with more clarity, courage and intention. Two Ways to Take the Journey Self-Paced: INVESTMENT R750 or $45 Move through the complete programme independently and in your own time. A Personal Note from Thobekile
I created Something Is Changing not only from my professional experience in well-being but also as a woman navigating aspects of this season myself. I am asking some of these questions too. I am learning to pay attention to changes in my own capacity, needs and priorities and considering what living well might look like in this season. So this programme is not a prescription from someone who has everything figured out. It is an invitation to learn, reflect and grow together — drawing on evidence-informed knowledge, practical wellbeing tools and deeper principles for navigating change with wisdom, courage and grace.
